i play real-time strategy, first person shooters, rpg’s, etc. i’ve been reading good things about Fallout3 and Sins of a Solar Empire. any suggestions?

perhaps its a guy thing, but… the only game i’ve ever played on pc was an arcade game i was forever in love with during undergrad… that i had to find a free pc version online. :p

have you tried world in conflict?
Try Girlfriend. They’re up to version 35.985.2 now but that might be a little advanced for you.Try starting with Version .9 pre-release.
sins of a solar empire is only good against other people. and against other people, you will need a helluva lot of time to play a decent multi-system game. the AI in sins is um, kinda chickenshit, and so you’ll waste a lot of real people time chasing those bastards down.
you see now that is excellent input. you just sold me against Sins. i too am waiting for SC2 but it looks like at LEAST a year until that comes out so i have to do something with my time until then.
