  this quote doesn’t have much to do with anything right now other than the fact that it’s tra-la-la-ing around my head.  catchy song.  if you like Bare Naked Ladies and other canadian pseudo-rock bands, you’ll like this song.  it’s from a small hidden gem of a movie called The Sweet Hereafter.  not awesome but a good rent for those with low expectations. 

  
  

  courage.  it couldn’t come at a worse time.  not that i am ever around the dire type of situation that requires courage but i can see what that line means.  courage.  courage isn’t courage without fear.  it’s not courageous to walk into gunfire without fear.  that’s just stupidity.  it’s not courageous to fearlessly stick up for the weak.  that’s just doing the good thing which, in this case, happens to also be an easy thing.  the fear makes it hard.  the fear makes the act worth something.  the fear turns a mundane act into a courageous act.  superman isn’t courageous.  this chinese mother fucker was courageous.

  
  

  

  
  

  what giant balls this guy had.  look at him with his bag.  it’s almost like he just caught this parade on his way home from the office.  courage.  it couldn’t come at a worse time.
