• i had this long ass post written out about uber-conservative figurehead, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, but i realized that i have no idea wtf i’m talking about so i deleted it.  you know how hard it is to do that?  just disregard an hour’s worth or typing and thinking????

  anyway, i’ll just leave you with this:  Scalia Discusses Constitutional Interpretation.  this man’s decisions have infuriated me sometimes, but i could never say that i don’t respect him.  he’s a brilliant dude.
